- A Shipping charge is added to your order as a flat rate of $6.75. If additional shipping must be added we will notify you at the time of your purchase.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery .
- Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
-All packages that are undeliverable and shipped back to us due to wrong address , etc. will require additional shipping charges to reship.
- You may return any items back to Pup Stop within thirty days. (Gift baskets & personalized items excluded)
-Returns need to come back as they were received. With tags still on clean and unworn.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Custom items are not returnable.
